3. Good behavior on the website

We understand that sometimes problems can happen and that the customer has every right to complain when necessary.

4. About services


The FOX WORLD PANEL site is characterized by the provision of Digital Marketing services on Social Networks.


Any product on the site is subject to price change or termination without prior notice.


When buying on our website, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you own or have authorization from the owner of the profile for which you are making the purchase.


5. Warranties and Limitations:


The account that will receive the request must be in public mode, it is not possible to send any of the website services to profiles in private mode.


It is the customer's responsibility to check that the profile or post is in public mode before placing the order. If an order is placed with a profile or post in private mode, it will be considered completed, it will be deducted from the customer's balance and it will not be possible to refund, cancel or chargeback.


For the delivery of the service, it is essential for the user to keep his profile "open" (public mode), otherwise the order will be cancelled.


If the social network for which you purchased the service performs an update, there may be a drop in the purchased services.


In the event of falls after receiving the order, the user may request a free replacement and if this is not possible, 100% of the amount paid for the purchase of the service will be refunded.


It is only possible to request replacement within the service replacement period. Each service has a different deadline.


Services described in the title with "SR" are not entitled to any replacement regardless of the amount of the drop or when it occurs.


When purchasing a service, wait for it to complete before purchasing again. Duplicate orders can cause conflicts in the system, as both will have the same count. (If this happens, it will be deducted from the customer's balance and it will not be possible to refund, cancel or revert.)

6. Replacement Rules


When a service is contracted, we guarantee the SHIPPING of the QUANTITY purchased, but we DO NOT guarantee its permanence, much less "eternal permanence".


Well, in any service, crashes after delivery can happen due to several factors beyond our control, including social media updates or even followers who unfollow because they are real people and may not be interested in the content of your profile.


To request a replacement, just go to the "Support" tab, then click on the "Create new ticket" button. Add the name "Replacement" and the "ID" of the order in the description in the title.


We offer FREE replacements in case of falls, according to the rules below:


6.1 - The service is NOT marked NO REPLACEMENT in the description.


6.2 - The fall occurred within the contracted replacement period


6.3 - The profile is in public mode and has the same name as the one used in the order


6.4 - The count of the photo, profile or video where the drop occurred is higher than what it was before sending the order and lower than the initial shipping value plus the purchase price.


6.5 - The replacement will be made based only on the counting of the ORDER.


There will be NO replacement outside these rules.


We will NOT replenish based on ANY other data. By purchasing you are agreeing to these Terms.

7. Delivery of services


After completion of the delivery of any service, it will not be possible for us to remove them from your account.


Delivery will be considered completed after the initial count plus purchased amount is reached. DO NOT buy simultaneously with us and other companies as this will disturb the count. We are NOT responsible if you do this and your purchase with us will be considered completed when it reaches the sum of the initial count plus the purchased amount. SÃ⊃3; buy if you agree with this question.


In some cases delivery may occur for GREATER than the quantity purchased. If this occurs, the user will NOT pay for the extra receipt, but also declares to agree that it will not be possible to remove the surplus.


After payment for the services, the shipment is scheduled, with NO means of cancellation or reversal. Only in cases where the delivery exceeds the period informed in the description of the service, the user will be able to request the return of the money, aware that the delivery can still occur.


Some services start faster. In rare cases onset can take up to 4 days. Once the shipment starts, completion will depend on the type of service contracted and the quantity, but in 99% of cases the shipment is completed in less than 3 days after the start. The maximum period is 15 days for any service offered on the site, because, from time to time, due to problems in the systems or an excess of orders, delivery may be delayed.


When an order is placed through the Panel, there is no way to cancel it. The "Refunded" status only occurs in two situations and is automatically done by the system itself:


1 -> When the link is wrong. In this case, the order is Refunded and the amount reversed to the Balance


2 -> When the system has a technical problem and cannot send your order, in this case it is also refunded and reversed to your balance

8. Payment


Payments made by Paypal will be charged the transaction fee (charged by them).


Payment is made in advance, via the addition of credits that can be converted into services. It is up to the customer to use the credits in the way they prefer.


Credits do not expire over time and there are no monthly fees to use the site.


Currently available payment methods are: PayPal, deposit, transfer and Bitcoin.


In the event that the customer opens a dispute or dispute with PayPal, or even with the credit card company, his account may be permanently suspended.


The customer requests reactivation of the account by closing the dispute in our favor, being at our discretion whether or not to accept the reactivation.


If it is accepted, the next additions of credits must be made only by deposit or transfer.


9. Prices


Each service has its own price, and a minimum and maximum amount that can be sent. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, either up or down.


We do not guarantee that the price of the service you want will be the same at the time your credits are released.


The deadline for releasing credits varies according to the payment method, and may take days in cases of bank DOC made on weekends.

11. Cancellation/regret

Duplicate orders will not be refunded.
